Pricing for construction projects can vary widely depending on many factors including, but not limited to: quality, complexity, speed, etc.
Our main goal is to provide high quality end products for homeowners who value having work done properly, professionally, and respectfully.

Listed below are ballpark ranges of some services we offer, intended to give you an example of our pricing structure (this is not an exhaustive list of all the services we offer). Please keep in mind, every project is unique and will require an assessment (online or in-person) for your specific project needs. Figures below are for labor and non-finish materials only (lumber, caulk, joint compound, etc.). Finish materials (flooring, vanity, closet doors, etc.) are up to the client’s discretion.

Please note, we provide free online estimates. For large and/or complex projects requiring an on-site estimate, we charge a $200 non-refundable assessment fee. That fee will count towards the final project cost.

How To Get Your Project Booked

  • Step 1: Fill Out The Contact Form (Free)

    Fill out the form on the contact page with as much detail as possible. This will help us determine if we’re the right match for your project.

  • Step 2: Discovery Call Or Video Chat (Free)

    We will follow up with a discovery call or video chat to get a better feel for your project goals. From there we will send an informal estimate.

  • Step 3: On-Site Assessment ($200)

    We will meet to assess the project in detail. We'll take measurements, discuss materials, and work on a tentative schedule. We will follow up with a formal contract.

  • Step 4: Sign Contract & Send Deposit

    Review and digitally sign the contract. Once a deposit is sent, your dates are reserved and the project is set.

  • Step 5: Your Project Begins!

    We will begin working to bring your vision to life!
